Several studies do show significant weight loss benefits for those taking this supplement, which makes it the
most popular diet product on Amazon.com.
It is primarily used to help control appetite, which naturally leads to less calories consumed.
But the history he has of promoting diet products of questionable effectiveness have thrown a lot of doubt on it.

that signals the brain when you are satisfied and should stop eating. All these natural products were
over-hyped by Dr Oz. In 2015, he was called before the US Senate investigating Diet Frauds.
Since then Dr Oz has kept a much lower profile and been very careful about recommending products for weight loss.
