Colleagues Matt and Stacy of Prominent Placement Inc. have been seeing a lot of each other recently. In fact they’ve spent a few nights together and have been got really very, ahem, close. Do their spouses mind? No. Why? Because Matt and Stacy Williams are already married. Prominent Placement inc. a one home based business run from Matt and Stacy’s home, and they are very pleased with how business is progressing: “We’re working together toward the same goals in both our personal and professional lives”.

Flexible hours equals happy employees, reckons Stacy, and ” This means they’re likely to stay with us longer, which reduces our costs and time demands because we don’t have to continually find and train new people”.
